The Alchemy of Credits
Lbloom Studio operates on a credit-based system. One (1) credit is consumed the moment the "Manifest Art" button is pressed. Because our AI partners charge for the generation process instantly, credits are non-refundable once spent.
User Conduct
By entering the Studio, you agree not to manifest imagery that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or promotes hatred. Lbloom Studio reserves the right to freeze the Vault of any user violating these ethical boundaries.
Content Ownership & License
You retain all ownership rights to the original artwork, images, and text you upload to Lbloom Studio ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Lbloom Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process this content solely for the purpose of operating the platform, providing the services to you, and fulfilling your manufacturing and printing requests. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize Lbloom Studio to use all User Content you upload.
Community Hub Contributions
When you choose to publish a template or blueprint to the Lbloom Community Hub, you are sharing the structural layout data (X/Y coordinates, shape dimensions, typography settings). By publishing, you grant other Lbloom Studio users a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, modify, and build upon your structural template. You agree not to publish any template that contains copyrighted imagery or text that you do not have the right to distribute.
AI-Generated Assets & Mystic Disclaimer
Lbloom Studio utilizes generative AI to assist in your creative process. You may use any AI-generated imagery created within the platform for personal or commercial print projects. However, please be advised that under current US Copyright Office guidelines, purely AI-generated images may not be eligible for exclusive copyright protection. Lbloom Studio makes no claims of copyright ownership over your generated outputs, nor do we guarantee your ability to copyright them. Furthermore, generative AI is an experimental medium; we do not guarantee that the manifested art will perfectly match your prompt.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
Lbloom Studio respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Lbloom Studio in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a report detailing the alleged infringement via our Community Hub reporting tool or email us directly at legal@lbloomstudio.com. We reserve the right to remove access to infringing material and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
